Stack & Board of Commissioners in conjunction with The Hudson Fine Arts Foundation & NYICF Orchestra - Jahye Kim, Director and Vince Lee Conductor - present the 2013 New York International Concerto Gala Concert on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Union City Performing Arts Center, 2500 Kennedy Boulevard, Union City. Admission is Free. Korean Food Reception following the performance.
