The William V. Musto Cultural Center is presenting a special concert featuring Enildo Rasúa “The Third Hand” Afro-Cuban Jazz on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the William V. Musto Cultural Center located at 420 - 15th Street in Union City.
