The Union City Performing Arts Center proudly presents “History Herstory...Where Truth Lies” starring Sarah Rice & David Vernon on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Union City Performing Arts Center, 2500 Kennedy Boulevard, Union City, New Jersey. Admission is free and parking is available at the 23rd Street Parking Deck located on 23rd Street between Summit & Kerrigan Avenues.

The show is an evening of song, chosen from the International and American songbooks, by composers such as MECANO, Sondheim, Herman, Kander & Ebb, Poulenc, Rogers & Hart, and more, exploring how 2 people can look at the same thing and yet see something different.
From earliest childhood, our most cherished bed-time stories and fables shape our view of the world and ourselves, how we fit into the world and how we are supposed to behave with one another.
Things don't always work out as we are taught to believe they will, often in surprising ways...
